The only way I know to cross reference is by looking up the part on partzilla.com. Then if you scroll down it will list other bikes the part is used on. Sometimes it requires you to sign in to see the details and the list of bikes isn't always accurate. I've seen before it list a part for my bike but just a couple of years when I know its the same for all H series 200's and 220's.

Its at least a starting point. I'm going to guess you'll end up having to get overpriced OEM parts you'll have to rebuild anyway from Ebay.

Any H series or A series (220) or D series KDX250 will work. When you say missing complete rear, is that everything? Like no rear pedal, master cylinder, hose, caliper, caliper bracket? Thats probably not going to be cheap to replace it all

Try Fredette Racing Products, call him though as his online catalog does not usually show the ‘good stuff’!

Nice work, looks awesome. I like the graphics too. What kind of forks are those on there?

Thanks guys
Only started riding again after 30 years and got the bug of rebuilding in my spare time
The graphics are off someone I know who does vinyl wrapping which I don’t think is all that durable but have a good look to them
The front end is off a yz 1991 which I got help off this site identifying them as they was on the bike when I got it
I have a 2000 kx 125 ready for rebuild which I could use the forks off if the yz ones are no good

Cleaned up the purple tank, although no luck with finding purple rad shrouds so went green

I noticed you do not have the muffler damper for the upper pipe mount?

Unfasten everything, then loosely fit all the mounts and wiggle it until it all fits, then tighten it all down together.

I’ve been using heavy zip ties for that upper pipe mount for two years. Can’t bring myself to spend $20 on the proper part… BTW, love your graphic designs too, very nicely done!
