Thear is water in my exhaust and was water in my head can som one help me please

I don't know how the seal would make it to there but it sounds like your water pump seal has failed.

I might check the head gasket, cylinder, etc, if it is in the engine and exhaust.

Pictures would really help. A bad water pump gasket is going to leak coolant into your transmission, not the exhaust. Coolant in the exhaust is going to be head gasket failure.
