No, a properly maintained H-series clutch is not stiff at all. I had a chance to ride my buddie's Beta with a Midwest clutch lever. You can pull it with your pinkie. It's amazing and once you experience that, you want to do whatever you can to get a light clutch pull.

I own a GasGas with hydraulic clutch and I've ridden plenty of bikes with them. I don't notice much of a difference between them and my KDX. Feel is more important to me than lightness.

After a 2 hour long Enduro I'm willing to do whatever it takes to help the forearms. Especially on the clutch side.
