if he catches me riding it he just might reason if daddy can use his toys he gets to use daddies toys and hes a bit too young to ride the bike

that does look a little too good for a "dirt" bike
i should have mine back on the road by monday or so
then i just have to figure out the hauling issue
(and maybe finally put in for an ORV tag)

Any place that sells hunting licenses or a dealership can print them out. just walk in hand them $16.25 and the sticker is yours. no paperwork needed.

I am jumpong in here because I noticed you were talking about the Holton loop.

We just got back from MI and stopped in Muskegon for a couple days,I brought my DR350se along to sneek in a little riding. I rode part (about 15 miles in sections) of the Holton single track loop. I liked it for the most part but was on the wrong bike rather have had the KDX or EXC out there.

I also rode in the UP one day,now I really liked that. The trails up there are not as whooped out but I'm sure that is because they get less traffic.

Either way I enjoyed your area and plan on returning.

I rode both Holton loops by myself today. I'm looking for some people to ride with around that general area. I was thinking about riding horseshoe next weekend if you guys are interested.

I'm hoping it's not whooped out as bad as the north loop of Holton.

I work in Holland and have to drive right through there to get to the trails. So we could easily drive up together. I have a friend in west olive that might go. If we put one bike in backwards we could Prolly fit three in the truck.

thats right, i got the bike put back together

so, i had 2 questions/comments for this ride
i just read the description of the SOS page and they said you need to be plated for half of the holton loop, are you guys ?
mine is so i should be good
but that does bring up my second comment, im still pretty new at this and i might slow you guys down, allthoug, what i lack in skill and experience i make up for in sheer courage and stupidty ;)

Look at that front end! Mine is plated. It's the southern loop that requires a plate and only because you take a rough dirt road to part of the trail and then cross a paved road a few times. You don't have to worry about slowing anyone down. You only have to worry about the trees that reach out and grab you. The guys in front just have to wait at each intersection which isn't bad. I'm not as fast as I used to be anyways since I've only had road bikes for the last 4 years.

I'm not authorized to use pm's on here for some reason so can I get your email so we can go over the details?

I'm not going to be able to ride until the 28th. Gonna be going down the pine river this weekend. I'm not plated. I ride northern holton which is like 12 miles I think. Then just load up and drive to horseshoe
