Found this headlight on Dennis Kirk--it looks like a nice upgrade to the light on my 1993 KDX200. What would need to be done to make this light work on the KDX?

Re: Headlight
Well, if you intend to use it as designed you would need a Off/Lo/Hi headlight switch. The wire diagram says Red=position (halo), Yellow=drive (Lo), Green=Pass (Hi) and black=ground. If you just want to use the stock switch which is just on/off you would need to decide which beam you want and only wire that one up. To really get the most out of it (like a dual sport setup) you would need a 3 way switch, and convert the lighting circuit to a floating ground and add a battery. You can run it without one but LEDs tend to flicker at low AC voltages (idle).
