radiators

Post by kawekakdx »

Hi all.

I have a 1990 Kdx200 I've been slowly building from a box of bolts. I'm all finished at realised the radiator is leaking and in pretty bad shape. I've been struggling to find a replacement.

Does anyone know if a radiator from a 2000s model kdx will fit?
Cheers.

Others on this site have used IWC radiators in North Carolina for repairs. Their work appears to be very good.

I bought some aluminum GPI radiators for my H series for cheap on their website and they look and work awesome. Lots of Chinese rads don’t fit for ****, but GPI has great reviews so I tried them and was impressed.

I'm happy with the work Mylers did on mine.

Mylers for radiator repairs. They are the best. They even have an option to strengthen up the factory radiators.

As for '95+ radiators on the '89-'94 bikes, I fit aftermarket '95+ radiators on my '90 KDX. They had to be modified slightly but I don't remember how since it's been so long but they will work.

I tried GPI radiators for my 91 KDX200E and left side fit good. Right side... not at all.
