What is that on your leg?!

Is it plated or sleeved? It looks pretty rough from the pictures. If you can get some light in through a side port, intake, exhaust, etc., while taking a pic from above, that might give it some better clarity.

By the way, that is the cylinder. Post some pictures of the head, too.

Has it been cleaned inside?

The intake track and head look good to me in the pictures.

It looks to be on the stock Electrofusion coating. If so, DO NOT hone or bore it!!

Is there any chipping or flaking in the cylinder coating?

Can you catch a fingernail as you move your fingernail along the surface?

Are there any grooves at all?

Hey I gave it a light clean, and my nails slide down it with out feeling and bumps or grooves and there doesn't seem to be any chipping or flaking,, just need to measure with some a bit better than my vernier, any tips on removes the kips I can't seem to get it out I've followed the manuel but the two valve/gears won't come up higher enough

If you can, take it to a machine shop. Measuring a 33 year old cylinder for out of round / egg shape / oblong, etc. could be important. Slapping a new piston in there may or may not work real well.

They may be caked up with carbon and oil. Try to clean them some. One picks them up a little, then the rod slides out the side after taking the side screw and plate out.

Have you got some oven cleaner?

DON'T let it get on the aluminum.

Don't let it set for long, rinse it off, evaluate and try again.

It is POSSIBLE that I may have damaged some aluminum back when I was younger and even dumber.

I believe those are the same part number, so it should be fine. Have you tried using heat?
