Will the air cooled engines fit other years

Hey I'm new to the forums and this might be a dumb question but do the air cooled engines fit other year kdx200s I have a 86 kdx200 and I am looking at a 95 frame with a street title any help is greatly appreciated

The Later KDXs pipe exits straight out the front and through the wishbone in the frame. The older air cooled motors the pipe exits to the side and around the downtube. With an older motor the pipe is going to exit right into the wishbone section. The fix is to go with a late model 250F frame.
