Well engine is back together, minus kickstart and KIPS shaft(see other threads!) and running!
BUT, it still sounds awful! Bit gutted as I stripped it down and replaced main bearings, fitted a new piston and small end bearing.
Very noisy, vibey and still 'hunting' as it won't idle properly.
Are they like this anyway? Not had an air cooled stroker for ages, don't remember them being so rough!
