I realize I left this thread hanging. My overheating problems have been resolved. The autoclutch and my tendency to ride it in too y’all a gear were issues I’m sure. I also found an installation issue that has been resolved. Switched to Evans Waterless coolant too. No more overheating issues.

I have just been trying out the taller gear approach in my last ride. I feel like I am always kindof in a race trying to keep up with the vets that let me tag along. Very different first time. So far it kinda feels like I am going faster than I should be... I think I’m gonna like it.
